Kindly follow the following procedure for accommodation booking:

  1. Please inquire about accommodation availability by telephone (Tel No. 91-265-2371880) or in person and make a provisional booking.
  2. Download the “Application Form for Indoor Admission”.
  3. Fill out the form, sign it and send it along with the appropriate booking deposit amount which is indicated below. The application form and the booking deposit should reach the Kendra within five working days of making provisional booking. You may send it by post, fax or e-mail.

  5.  The booking amount can be sent by Demand Draft or “Payable at par” check or Money Order payable to “Vadodara Jilla Sarvodaya Mandal” at Vadodara or can be deposited at the Kendra in cash against the receipt. Please note that we are not able to accept out-station checks having other than “at par” status.
  6.  Wait for the booking confirmation letter from the Kendra. The letter will be dispatched within five working days of receiving the completed application form and the booking deposit.
  • Rules for Booking for Indoor Admission
  • Indoor booking can be done three months in advance, e.g. booking for the month of April will open on 1st of January.
  • As we get many inquiries for Indoor booking on 1st of every month, a token number will be given to each inquiry on first come first serve basis starting at 9 am on 1st of every month. Our Booking in charge will call back after 02.00 pm according to the serial number and room booking will be allotted accordingly.
  • If Sunday or Organizational Holiday [Rakshabandhan, BesatuVarsh (Vikram samvat kartik sud ekam), Bhaiduj (Vikram samvat kartik sudbij) fall on 1st of the month, then booking for the respective month will open on 2nd or 3rd day of the month.
  • Maximum two rooms can be allotted to one token number.
  • Indoor booking can be done on phone from 9 am to 6 pm.

Please note that incomplete application forms or application forms received without the booking deposit will not be processed, and provisional booking will be cancelled in case the application form and booking deposit are not received within five working days.
