  • Make a Provisional Booking
  • Get Booking Reference Number
  • Fill Application Form for Indoor Admission
  • Save As > (Given Booking Reference Number).pdf
  • Whatsapp the form to Nisargopachar Kendra
  • Pay Booking Deposit Online
  • You can also pay cash at Kendra
  • You can also send cheque/DD drawn on "Vadodara Jilla Sarvodaya Mandal" payable at Vadodara
  • Nisargopachar Kendra will verify Application and Payment Details
  • Nisargopachar Kendra will issue Admission Confirmation letter
  • You MUST bring Admission Confirmation Letter at the time of admission.

CONCESSION

  • Financially disadvantaged health-seekers may be offered discounted rates on request, on a case to case basis.
  • Prior written permission from the Centre is essential to book under concessional category.

CANCELLATION

  • If health-seekers decide to cancel or postpone bookings, or decide to stay for fewer days than intended at the time of booking, or make changes in the category of accommodation, a refund will be made available from the booking deposit as per the following rules. The remainder of the amount would not be refunded.

WHEN TO BOOK

  • Booking starts at 9 AM on 1st of every month.
  • Indoor booking can be done three months in advance, e.g. booking for the month of April will open on 1st of January.
  • A token number will be given to each inquiry on first come first serve basis
  • Our booking-in-charge will call back after 2 PM according to the serial number with room allotment
  • If Sunday or Holiday fall on 1st of the month, then booking will open on 2nd or 3rd day of the month
  • Maximum two rooms can be allotted to one token number.
