A simple bland diet, fruit diet, juice diet and fasting are the basic pillars of this treatment. Stimulants such as tea and coffee interfere with the treatment and therefore are not served at the Center. The treatment requires the mind and body to be rested and therefore patients are restricted to go out of the premises of the Center, unless in case of emergency. It is highly beneficial to minimize the use of mobile phones, laptop, and television and to observe silence for a few days during the treatments.
